Okay, I will not turn into one of these people who takes her cues about womanhood from our soon-to-be first lady, Michelle Obama. Promise.
But I saw this necklace at the store, and then I saw Michelle had one similar and it just made me want it more. But I didn't want to spend the money. But then I won a sort of bet between Ben and me about finding a nowhere-to-be-found Netflix movie... and I got to go buy my necklace!

I like I like. And I don't know how any woman could help but be inspired by Michelle's style and grace (I heart her a lot, I won't lie). She has on more that one occassion inspired me to put a dress and heals on for work.

oh... the movie was Fracture, but that is totally insignificant to the story... the thing is back in OCTOBER we got that movie on Netflix and it was sitting on my desk for about a week. then my husband went out of town for a few days and i cleaned my desk and then when he got back, we were going to watch the movie, but i couldn't find it. i remember putting it somewhere and thinking... i'm not going to be able to remember where i put this when i'm looking for it... well, i was right. we kept half-way looking for it, but never really finding it. finally he said he was just going to tell Netflix that we lost the movie and pay the $20. i was like NO WAY. i don't want to waste $20! if i'm going to waste $20 it's going to be on that necklace! so...that was the deal... i find the movie by friday and i get the necklace. i found the movie tucked away on the bookshelf.
the "lovely couple" is from church and they came over after church. we'd never had them over before. it was fun! y'all are welcomed over any time.
now that you mention it, i *have* felt like heels and stockings and skirts for church.... hmmmmm
fell asleep during the movie. i couldn't even remember why i put it in my que. i think it was because it was filmed in LA and I like watching movies and being able to recognize where they are...
Yeah, we thought fracture was just sort of mediocre. I think Ryan Gosling is a good actor, though, i hope he does more quality stuff in the future.
